A 21-year-old who misplaced his leg in a automobile accident involving Haywood Highsmith earlier this month is now suing the NBA participant.

Alekxei Pino filed the lawsuit in Florida, alleging that he was helping a stranded motorist on February 6 in Miami when Highsmith, driving a 2021 Audi A5 at a excessive price of pace, collided with him.
